Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman recently engaged in separate phone discussions with the leaders of Bahrain and Syria, focusing on regional developments and security concerns. The conversations underscored the ongoing diplomatic efforts to enhance stability in the Middle East.
In his dialogue with King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain, Prince Mohammed bin Salman examined the current regional landscape and discussed collaborative measures to bolster security and stability. The two leaders also touched upon various other issues of mutual interest, reflecting the importance of their bilateral relationship.
Meanwhile, during a separate call, Syrian President Ahmad Al-Sharaa emphasized Syria’s condemnation of an alleged attempt by Iran-affiliated militias in Iraq to target Saudi Arabia’s petroleum facilities. President Al-Sharaa reiterated Syria’s unwavering support for Saudi Arabia’s security and sovereignty, illustrating the complex web of alliances and tensions in the region.
