In a formal ceremony held in Kigali, Nasra Salim Al Hashmi, the newly appointed Omani Ambassador to Rwanda, presented her credentials to President Paul Kagame. This event signifies the official commencement of her diplomatic duties in Rwanda, reflecting a commitment to strengthen the bond between the two nations.
During the ceremony, Ambassador Al Hashmi conveyed warm greetings and well-wishes from Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to President Kagame. She expressed the Sultan’s hopes for Rwanda’s continued prosperity and the enhancement of bilateral relations between Oman and Rwanda.
President Kagame responded by extending his own greetings and good wishes to Sultan Haitham bin Tarik. He emphasized Rwanda’s dedication to further deepening the cooperative ties with Oman, highlighting the mutual interest in expanding their partnership.
